Who can edit

This site is permissioned like every other vidatools tool. Access is the Vida Website Dev permission, granted per person in the vidatools admin panel — the same place you grant Marty, Mood Board or Vida Cloud.

There is no separate list here. Superadmins always have access. Every edit is recorded against the person's email in the audit log.

How do I get an Anthropic (Claude) API key?
  1. Go to console.anthropic.com and sign up or log in.
  2. Click API Keys in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Create Key and give it a name like "Devon Vida".
  4. Copy the key (starts with sk-ant-) — you won't see it again.
  5. Paste it into the API Key field on the AI Provider tab and click Save.

How do I get an OpenAI API key?
  1. Go to platform.openai.com and log in.
  2. Click your profile → API Keys.
  3. Click Create new secret key.
  4. Copy the key (starts with sk-) and paste it into Devon admin.

How do I create a GitHub Personal Access Token?
  1. Go to github.com/settings/tokens/new (link pre-fills the right settings).
  2. Set expiration to No expiration so Devon keeps working.
  3. Make sure the repo scope is checked.
  4. Click Generate token and copy it (starts with ghp_).
  5. Paste it into the GitHub PAT field in Devon admin and save.
How do I activate Devon on the site?

Add ?devon=1 to any page URL:

The Devon button appears in the bottom-right corner. Click it to start selecting elements.

How do I roll back a change Devon made?
  1. Go to the Commit Log tab.
  2. Click Copy SHA on the change to revert.
  3. In your terminal: git revert <SHA> then push.

All Devon commits are clearly labeled in your GitHub history.
